this gym set is very cool. Overall the assembley and install instructions were well written, I think the instructions could be a little more clear but they were decent. The online videos were not very helpful for me. The gym set is very sturdy and seems extremely well made. Once I assembled it and figured out how to set it up on the doorframe, it has been very easy, convenient to put up and take down with no wear/tear on the door frame. We've used it a lot. I'm very impressed with it and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for this type of product

I have had my eye on this product ever since seeing it on a particular influencer's Instagram and it went on sale so I grabbed it in time for Christmas. Let me tell you, this is fully worth it! My kids love it and having something they can plan on inside when it's nasty outside is a huge bonus! The different attachments are easy to switch out and it was pretty simple to install.
We have gotten so much use of it already! Definitely 10/10 recommend!

I had to update my review since I bought this again (after returning the first one) because my son was whining about it. It was worth taking another chance and hoped the parts weren’t defective. Glad i did! Everything worked this time and I was able to complete the installation. The instruction booklet isn’t detailed enough and the video wasn’t better either. Other than that I have no complaints and the kid won’t get off it. Good product

The main support bar was defective. The second square hole was covered by the cushion and the #12 screws were not long enough to screw in! Worst thing is watching the built up excitement of your kid deflate as I pack this back up to return it. Reading the other reviews on safety issues i wont try this company again.

After a lot of research I got this set up for my daughter who has sensory needs and LOVES to swing. When I first set it up I found that my doorway was slightly too wide for the vice grip. I looked on the company’s website to go buy the vice grip extender the assembly instructions said they had. Unfortunately I found that they were out of stock. I emailed the company asking when they would be back in stock. They emailed me back within 24 hours and offered to send me a set of new extenders for free since my purchase was within the warranty period. They were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful! The product itself was easy to put together and very sturdy. We are very excited for it!

Product can fall and hurt child

We installed the Gym 1 playground last weekend and at first thought it was an awesome product as our boys loved it. They were able to get energy out without having to be outside when it was really hot. However, less than 4 days later, while my son was swinging on the Gym 1 playground, it came crashing down with him on it. He is only about 60 pounds which is well under the weight limit and we followed all the product installation videos.

Thankfully he is ok but it was incredibly scary and could have been so much worse. It was bad enough at the time that we called the paramedics out because he was moaning in pain and could not move at first. When he did move, he immediately vomited and for about 20 minutes, he could barely talk due to getting the wind knocked out of him. Thankfully the core unit did not fall on him or my other child or it could have been much worse. Unfortunately we were about 1-2 weeks outside the Amazon return window when this happened so we are not able to send the product back. Needless to say, we have no interest in trying it again after such an incident. Even though the instructions say to tighten after every use, I don't see how you could ensure that it won't fall off with your child on it if they are swinging a long time and stressing the unit.

**Update: I do want to add that the company reached out to us to talk more about what happened and issued us a full refund for our purchase. Their customer service was excellent and we really appreciate it.
